I’m Dr. David Stoker, board-certified plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. Today I’m thrilled to share a truly inspiring transformation from a 10-week post-op circumferential lower body lift.

This amazing patient is just shy of 60 years old, a California native, a mom, and someone who has spent much of her life enjoying the sun and beach. Her goal? To feel confident in a bikini again — and as you can see, we delivered.

The reduction in skin laxity and cellulite is dramatic. She now has fewer wrinkles, smoother skin, and an overall more youthful silhouette. What’s especially exciting in her case is the way we created volume and curvature without muscle augmentation. She didn’t have significant gluteal muscle mass, but instead of removing soft tissue, I preserved it, excised the excess skin, and lifted and overlapped the tissue — almost like pulling up a pair of pants. This technique gave her added bulk and shape, allowing the skin to stretch smoothly over the area, significantly reducing wrinkling and dimpling.
